Recently the online news portals of Malayala Manorama and The Hindu had published a list of CRZ violated companies and personal names. Unfortunately, Confident Group's name was also included in the list. We would like to inform our esteemed clients and well-wishers that this is a totally baseless allegation. As a builder, we highly value business transparency and ensure that our customers are informed about all our legal procedures. When we communicated this with the reporting firm, their reply was that the particular list was received from the Government.
We had already shared a detailed article that describes the history of CRZ violation case in Maradu. It is true that we had launched an apartment project in Maradu in the year 2006-2007, a case where CRZ NOC was required. However, we had called off that project during the initial stage itself due to other reasons and also refunded all the booking amounts with interest to the clients.
